EU/EC Declaration of Conformity for CE Marking (CE mark)
The EC declaration of conformity is the written statement and the a single declaration drawn up by the manufacturer to demonstrate the fulfilment of the EU requirements relating to a product bearing the CE marking he has manufactured. The declaration shall be in respect of all Community acts applicable to the product containing all information required for the identification of Community harmonisation legislation to which the declaration relates.
This declaration must cover one or more products manufactured, clearly identified by means of product name, product code or other unambiguous reference and must be kept by the manufacturer, or his European Authorised Representative if the manufacturer is based outside the EU.

To maintain accreditation for certification activities within the requirements of EN 45012 (and other accreditation criteria as appropriate) and any specific requirements of the IAF, including the latest IAF/EA guidelines.
To ensure that audit activities are carried out in accordance with our scope of accreditation and within the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021.
All organizations shall have access to Globalqcert services. There shall not be undue financial or other conditions and Globalqcert Co., procedures shall be carried out in a non-discriminatory manner. In addition, access to all certification services shall not be restricted on the grounds that the applicant does not apply for other services or is not a member of a particular or association. “Globalqcert Co.” does not practice hidden discrimination by speeding or delaying applications.

Certification ProcessApplication:decides the time duration for certification process.Acknowledgment:registration of the organization.
Financial Decision:Quotation and agreement Acceptance.
Implementation:Documentation and implementation as per the standard.
Stage-I Audit:Documentation verification as per the standard guidlines
Stage-II Audit:System and Process Audit as per the requirements of the standard(s)
Issuance of Certificate:The certificate is issued within 15 working days after stage II Audit is completed without any major Non Conformity
Surveillance Audit:Surveillance audit is performed based after the decided frequency to check the follow of the compliance of the certified standard.
Re-Certification Audit:The renewal process of the certification is followed without the stage I Audit.
